FAQ
Common questions.
How does the free savings review work?
Tell us which costs you'd like reviewed — utilities, telecoms, tax, or card payments — and share a recent bill or contract if you have one. We audit what you're currently paying against the market and come back with a plain-English summary of what, if anything, we can save you.
What does 'contingency fee' actually mean?
For most of our cost-reduction services, we only charge a fee if we find you a saving. If we can't, the review costs you nothing.
Is there any obligation to switch?
None. We'll show you what we've found; the decision to switch supplier, provider or accountant is always yours.
How long does the process take?
It varies by service — a card payments review can move quickly, while a utility switch depends on your current contract end date. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we know what you need reviewed.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes — we're based in London and work with businesses across the UK.
What information do you need from me to get started?
A recent bill, invoice or contract for whatever you'd like reviewed is the fastest way to get an accurate answer — but you can also just get in touch and we'll tell you what's needed.
Let's find out what you're overpaying.
A free review takes a few minutes and puts no obligation on you. If we can't find you a saving, it costs you nothing.
